August 5, 2008De cand il asteptam. Credeam ca nu mai vine. Am uitat jocul urat prestat de Steaua pana acum cu gandul ca venirea lui Toja il va ameliora. Ramane de vazut cum se va integra in jocul echipei. Pana una alta, astazi a sosit in Romania.

In the interview during the presentation (I saw the video!), Juan describes himself as “quiet, sensitive, and sincere.” From those that have known him in Dallas, TX — yes he is! Only time will tell how successful he will be there, but he will always try to give the team 110%. And that is why he is still my favorite player.

I think he will do very well with your team. I watched Steaua play on Friday, because it was broadcast over the Internet — which was GREAT for me to be able to watch them, for the first time (I am SOOO thrilled that I will be able to actually see some of your games)!
Toja is a skilled, tactical player. He played quite well in the MLS All Star Game — which I know is a strange concept for you in Romania. It is when the best players from Major League Soccer get together over just a couple of days and only get to practice maybe twice before playing another international team (West Ham United this time). And Toja played very well. He had an assist on the second goal. My point is that he is skilled enough to (I think!) be able to integrate quickly with his new team. Plus, he is super motivated and excited, so he will give all that he can give.
